Make a Commitment

Here’s how you give and receive commitment:
1. Respond to bids to connect. Put down the phone, look and listen.
2. Work through struggles together with a team mentality. Keep a struggle as a thing to overcome together not a “whose to blame for this.”
3. Find a way to have fun occasionally even in the daily grind.
These things work in relationships and in the workplace.
