Self care may be difficult depending on the circumstances. However, here are simple questions to ask yourself when anxious, upset, lonely or just plain tired:
Am I normal to feel______? Have I ever felt this way before? Have I returned to a calmer state of mind? Now that I am here, what do I need to do first to care for myself?
