Dr. Jordan Peterson, renowned psychologist and professor at the University of Toronto, explains why comparing yourself to others is not beneficial. No one has the exact same strengths, weaknesses, experiences, or circumstances other than you. Comparing yourself to someone else is playing a rigged game. The only person you can properly compare yourself to is you.
